人力资源管理沙盘演练是一种新型模拟实战的培训方式,源自军事上的战争模拟推演,主要通过创设一种人才竞争的环境,由学生分组成立若干模拟公司,围绕形象直观的人力资源管理沙盘教具,实战演练人力资源经理与非人力资源经理在人才的选、育、用、留中的作用与承担的责任。

该课程可以依据学生专业的不同,转化教学重点。针对非人力资源专业学生,教学重点主要在队伍建设、激励手段、绩效管理等管人能力的演练上;针对人力资源管理专业学生,教学重点则在于招聘、薪酬设计、人员调配、培训、绩效考核等专业技能的演练。该课程也可以以薪酬设计或绩效考核为重点内容进行更加专业性与实操性的训练。

人力资源管理沙盘演练具有三大特点:互动性、趣味性、竞争性,能够最大限度的调动学生的学习兴趣,使学生在教与学过程中处于高度兴奋状态,充分运用听、说、学、做、改等一系列学习手段,开启一切可以调动的感官功能,对所学内容形成深度记忆,并能够将学到的人力资源管理思路和方法在实际工作中很快实践与运用。

 

Human resources management exercise of sand table is a novel simulated actual combat training. It comes from the military war simulation, mainly through the creation of a talent competition environment. The students set up the simulated company to practice role and responsibilities of human resource managers and non-human resource managers.

 

In view of the non-human resources professional students, teaching focus on team building, incentive, performance management and other "ability" exercise. If students major in human resource management, teaching focuses on the recruitment, salary design, staffing, training, performance appraisal and other professional skills training. The course also can take the salary design and performance assessment as the key content of more professional and practical training.

 

Human resources management sand table exercise has three main features: interactive,fun, competitive.
