《商务谈判》是营销、管理以及商务交流领域的专业技能课程之一,是一门知识与能力高度综合的行为艺术。本课程以“谈成且谈好”为宗旨,系统讲解商务谈判的核心理念、四个环节的技术要领、分析个体差异和国别差异、解读各种类型谈判的性质和实施方法。以模拟课堂为认知核心,贯彻“目标知识—案例模拟—讲评反馈—技能扩展”的教学手法,使学生理解和掌握每个教学阶段的知识要点,明确自己的努力方向。本课程的任务是教会学生自主地吸收知识和运用知识的方法,培养学生团队协作和实现目标的能力,提高学生正确理解和胜任各种类型谈判的水平,为学生进入职场后有能力拓展合作平台奠定基础。

    As a key professional skill in the fields of marketing, management and business communication, business negotiation serves as a comprehensive art of behavior which highly incorporates knowledge and ability. With the mission of good and successful negotiation, the course will systematically expound the cornel concepts and main technical essentials in the four key links of business negotiation. Also, it will analyze the gap between different individuals and nations, interpreting the nature of diversified business negations and respective executing methods. In teaching practice, the teacher will take simulating negotiation as the key cognitive step and adopt the teaching methodology of target knowledge----case simulation----comment and feedback----skill expansion, which will help students grasp the key knowledge points in each learning stage so as become clear enough about how to improve their study. The teaching task of this course is to enable the students master the method of independently absorbing and applying knowledge and train them to develop the ability of team coordination and target attainment. When the course is concluded, the students will have a better understanding of different types of negotiations and become more competent for taking various negotiations. This will lay a solid foundation in their expansion of cooperation platforms when they have been employed in the future.
