《国际贸易理论与实务课程》是为经济类专业开设的课程，通过本课程的教学，使学生了解国际贸易的一般理论、国际贸易发展状况及基础类操作知识。教学过程中突出理论联系实际，为学生进一步学习并能够运用所学理论，对国际贸易现象做出理性判断和分析，掌握国际货物买卖的基本法律知识、国际贸易惯例和贸易规则，并具备进出口业务的初步操作知识。培养学生解决实际问题和工作能力。

本课程是一门专业必修课程，本课程教学内容分成两部分，第一部分阐述了际贸易理论，重点介绍国际贸易的基本概念、国际贸易理论；第二部分国际贸易实务，阐述进出口交易程序、国际贸易术语、国际贸易交易条件等具体交易内容。

《International Trade Theory and Practices 》is a compulsory course of economics majors, this course studies general theory and development condition of international trade, and the knowledge of basic operations. The learning purpose of this course is to require students to be able to apply the theory to make rational judgment and analysis of the phenomenon of international trade, to master the basic knowledge of the law of international sale of goods, international trade practices and trade rules, and have initial working knowledge of import and export business. And equip students with the ability to solve practical problems.

The content of the course is divided into two parts, the first part is the international trade theory, focusing on the basic concepts of international trade and international trade theory; the second part is the international trade practice, describes the import and export trading procedures, terms and conditions of international trade and other specific contends.
